The Triple Threat

The three of us set out to catch some river bass early this Saturday morning on a float trip down a north Georgia river.  It was tough to decide which river to float because the night before we got such a heavy down pour, but through the use of the USGS website, with info that is updated hourly we were able to make the right decision.

Early on 2 of the 3 of us had already started catching fish, but one of us was still wearing the skunk cologne. Check out Episode 5 to see the rest of the trip.

That was a really nice Spot!!!
I saw Jason Claus early in this video but never saw him catch anything. Are you sure he didn't get skunked?

Thanks.

He got in on the action pretty early in the video, but I didn't get a close up of his fish.

He was too busy complaining about having to paddle 6 miles to catch anymore fish

Are you using a Pop-R on the topwater video?

No, my topwater bait of choice is a Heddon Tiny Torpedo, cause I can run it like a buzz bait, but stop it and pop it too.

Yeah - I thought it might be a Torpedo too. Do you ever fish the Flint?

I have fished the south flint twice while visiting my family in Hawkinsville.
